The ice cream was ok. Unfortunately, most of the cups were filled with cream. Unfortunately, coffee came to the table cold. For a Mozart mug with 2 scoops of chocolate, whipped cream and a Mozartkugel, € 7 is a lot.

The ice cream tastes delicious, but I have never experienced such bad service. One star is actually said too much for that, I definitely won't go out for ice cream here again. The ice cream parlor is obviously not dependent on satisfied customers.

First of all, the ice cream is a real treat, the preparation of the ice cream sundae is great and simply delicious. The staff / owner Enrico Marini is super nice and there is also time for a short chat. The service is very good, fast service .. Everything is great, can only be recommended :-)

"Everything used to be better" - said my grandpa and there is already truth in it. I used to like to go to the ice cream parlor and so when I visited my old homeland today I thought that a visit here should not be missing. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. Unfriendly service, who hardly managed to say “hello”, “please” or “thank you”. Going to the toilet to wash your hands felt like a state act, waiting times despite low occupancy are only part of what went wrong. Here I generously overlook the evil eye when paying - maybe you were disappointed that there was no tip? But the absolute hit was that after paying and taking a walk through the city we stopped at the ice cream parlor for a scoop of ice cream and asked us to use the toilet. This was refused: Explanation: we wouldn't sit there and eat ice cream? What shoud that? Do you blame that on Corona and if so - why don't you have to fill in anything when you sit there because of Corona and why are there no gaps between the tables? One should urgently rework here in order not to lose any customers. We'll eat our ice cream elsewhere in the future.

It is a very nice cafe with absolutely good ice 🍦. You can sit outside and inside and enjoy the great sundaes. And, you have a nice view of the old town. The staff was fast, very friendly and nice. Definitely worth a visit. Highly Recommended.

Very tasty sundae. I recommend trying the goat's milk ice cream! The service was also super friendly when we were there.
